About Me
Hi
My Name is Paul Heimbach and I grew up in a small town in Germany, near the dutch border. I`m 22 years old and work as a volunteer in a commune in the middle of Germany. Here I often work in the kitchen, prepare our conference house for our guests and help with the care of our little parkarea. After I lived in a large city for a year I realized how important nature is to me and how good it feels to go for a walk in the countryside. At the moment I`m searching for my place in this world and try to find out what this whole life thing is about.
I am calm, easy going and sociable. I`m interested in learning new skills because I don`t know where my journey is going and I want to try new things until something new comes up. I want to live in the moment, work for my food and have a good time.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Im planing on traveling fulltime and I don't have a lot of money, so couchsurfing is a good opportunity for me to meet people and stay for free. I also plan on giving back and hosting once I have settled to keep the traveling lifestyle close to me.
Interests
I like to draw and I am starting to get good at it. I play the guitar a bit and drums too. I love boardgames especially the intricate strategic ones. But I rearly get the chance to play them. After I learned about communes and started living in one I grew quite fond of it and now I feel like it is a fitting way of life for me. So I want to make more experiences in communes.
