Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Look, I get it, you want to travel cheap, I do too, I understand Amsterdam is expensive af. And I will try to help everyone regardless of gender, age, country, couples, groups. But at least try to make your profile mildly interesting or funny. Filling up your profile will take you 30 minutes and will save you at least 30 euros in hostels. Last but not least, CouchSurfing is all about making connections, some last longer than others. So, think about if we are compatible. It's not all about getting a free couch. I am on the road 6 months a year so I know it would be crazy to send 50 personalised custom messages from your phone, but even a little line makes a difference.
