Born and studied in Belgium, I am foremost a planetary adventurer, worker, and servant.
At 20, I went to live in two ashrams in India and the USA during five years to practice méditation, yoga (all), and selfless service in order to complete my spiritual education.
Afterward, I initiated an international career as a lighting designer, consultant, and project manager for numerous projects in South East Asia, Costa Rica, Bali, Singapore, Malaysia, and Europe.

Lately, I bought a sailboat that I entirely refurbished in Holland and sailed to the Canary Islands and later the Balearic Islands and was working as a skipper. Sometimes, with crewmates on board as well.

I also did in 2012-2014 some workaway and couchsurfing while traveling in Spain and Portugal.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I experienced couchsurfing in 20212-2014 while traveling and doing some workaway, and I have such a great memory of all the great people's from all walks of life, age, and nationalities that I met and exchanged with.
I also used to be a Couchsurfing host back in Costa when I was doing a resort project in the peninsula of Nicoya.
I just love to be around and get to know open-minded travelers to exchange skills, tips, insights, deep conversations, and whatever else manifesting in the sacred present moment

I like spiritual books and teachings overall as well as inspiring movies.

I enjoy music like Sacred Earth, but also anything meditative and some disco and new age style deep house played during conscious dance events and festivals

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing adventure I have lived is the one I made towards my inner self while living in Ashrams in India and US. I must tell.
The second most amazing adventure was to make my kids' dream come true when I purchased a 12M sailboat and lived on it for 5 consecutive years, sailing all over Europe and Canary Islands while welcoming people's on board for great fun sailing passages and coast cruising while chartering.
