One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Around 8 years ago I traveled via canoe from Lake missinaibi in Canada to the Hudson Bay. The trip lasted 14 days and spanned 360 miles.

In 2013 I worked as a staff member at over 10 different festivals, spanning over 12 weeks of time.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach workshops at festivals: thai massage, nutrition, yoga, and embracing the divine masculine within us.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am more than happy to share anything I know in the realms of massage, herbs, chinese medicine, ayurveda, or any of the aforementioned above.
