Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to move to Malaysia for a year and was able to travel quite a lot whilst I was there. Having never really travelled the experience awoke a Wanderlust I never really new I had and now I can't wait for my next adventure and love to meet people with the same outlook!

I've also come to appreciate the difference between holidaying and 'travelling' to a place and like to meet people who can share the 'real' side of a country/city and hope to do the same for others

Oh, and as student funds can be a bit tight ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a passion for good music - whatever it happens to be! I can quite happily listen to anything from Soul to Dance to Metal, although Rock with a good bit of guitar is where my heart truly lies

I'm a simple man when it comes to movies give me a decent comedy or action movie and I'm happy. That's not to say I don't appreciate a good drama though but I do love kids films and Rom-Coms!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my fondest travelling memories is spending a day swimming with whale sharks in the Philippines and then spontaneously joining a street party we happened to stumble upon in the evening

Teach, Learn, Share

Happy to help with English where I can if anyone so desires - I have some casual experience with this in the past. In return I love learning what I can of new languages :)
