I optimize group collaboration to bring around consensus and peer learning in teams, communities and high-performance organisations by making shared visions a driving force. I am a proud husband and father of 4 wonderful kids. At home we have two Labradors that miss me a lot when I am traveling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To better know the culture and vibrant live of each city that I visit I rather stay with locals that are also interested to meet people from other countries. I am a little bored to stay in hotels, specially when traveling alone without my wife or my family.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite artists can be found among symphonic rock bands as well as folk music specially with Celtic inspiration. I am also keen with the classical authors like Mozart, Vivaldi, Debussy. But I also like present day music and listen to the most of today's popular songs in my iPhone. I love science fiction in both movies and literature. Dune is one of my favorite movies as well as Blade Runner, The Thing, Close Encounters and Avatar.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done my PhD research with Peter Checkland and perfected my skills in Soft Systems Methodology. Peter is one of the inventors of this methodology and I am very proud to have worked under his supervision for my PhD research.
