Overview
About Me
Im 58, live in Green Bay Wisconsin and have been fortunate enough to travel and learn how interested I am in learning and learning more. I've lived in Green Bay for 30 years and helped raise two amazing humans who are happy, healthy and are doing their best to make the world a better place.
My interests are diverse and plentiful and I always welcome insights into others interests and knowledge.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
All of my best stories of travel involve the people I encounter. I seek to know the place through the people that live there and having genuine connections with local hosts seems to be the best way to go.
I hope to enhance my travel with these connections but I also wish to contribute as a host whenever possible. With my skills, conversation or work, I love to help and learn.

Music, Movies, and Books
Jazz, classical and blues. Music of any genre with masterful musicians, meaningful expression and spot on performance is worth listening to. Same is true of any art or media, quality and mastery matter most.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I am proud of several clever solutions and accomplishments. A piano flipper I made for a piano factory in New York was especially fun and satisfying. Also a coffee lift I designed for a local roaster was super fun. I hope to continue to create new things that are useful and/or beautiful.
