among favorite books are Siddhartha (Hesse), and works by Ernst Jünger and Franz Kafka
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Canoeing in the flooded Amazon forest at night, with the starlit sky shimmering through the trees. All in peaceful silence, only interrupted by the occasional shouts of animals and the 'plop, plop' caused by the fruits dropped into the water by a group of monkeys that was wandering the trees above us.
Cycling 3000 kms crisscross through the northern France, while only having two nights in a bed. Don't ask about the number of showers I had during that time ^^
Surrounded by snow and ice, swimming in the hot thermal water of the blue lagoon, with the northern lights dancing in the sky above.
Climbing atop a needle in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, watching Falcons circling and rising up in a thermal column next to me.
