About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live a life of Travel

ABOUT ME

Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, and now an Auckland native. New Zealand has been home for the last 13 years.

I am current travelling as much as possible. I have just completed backpacking for 3 months each around Europe, UK and SA. It was unbelievable and now I am hooked on seeing the world!

PHILOSOPHY

Live life for the future and the unknown.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books

Favourite Movies include: Pink Floyd the Wall, Full metal jacket, A clockwork orange (anything directed by Stanley Kubrick) and so many more, I really do enjoy just relaxing with a good movie.

My music preference tends to be for more of the chilled out tunes like Pink Floyd, INXS, Oasis etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing so far was completing the GR20 Trail on the Island of Corsica. It was 15 days of hiking across mountains with a backpack and a tent. I lost 4kg while on this epic adventure and it was most probably the toughest challenge I've done in my life so far. In saying that, I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am more of a Practical person who likes rather teach by show someone in person how to do something, I learn this way too. I could help someone with a computer problem, set up a network and I also enjoy playing with cabling i.e TV Antenna Cabling, Network designs and so on.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Malaysia, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

New Zealand, South Africa
