ABOUT ME

I am a fiction writer working on my first novel. I've been a professional musician most of my career working as a composer for theatre, dance, film and recordings in genres from electronic to classical to rock to kid's music.

I am currently working on an MFA in Creative Writing at Warren Wilson College, Asheville, NC, but live in Northern California near the beach and mountains south of San Francisco

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Survived a revolution in a recording studio in Caracas, Venezuela.
Created the first online vocal attunement in 1996.
Attended Burning Man from when it was 1500 people (1993) to when it was 25,000 people (2002).
Produced a huge musical there, DJ Christ Superstar, remixing the original Andrew Lloyd Weber rock opera. Cast and crew of 70, wound up on Forbes Magazine.
Had 100,000 downloads in one week on iTunes with my kid rock band, The Sippy Cups
