I have spent much of my time outside in the wilds of Western Washington, mountain biking, sailing, and a little climbing. I am the happiest being around other people, whether I know them or not. I have a thirst for adventure and exploring new things. I possess a sometimes agonizing faith in humanity, as well as a love for our earth.

Listen to others, and listen to youself. If you don't like what you hear, then for the love of god do something about it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have only surfed a couple times, but I was amazed at how willing people were to welcome me into their homes, it was an awesome experience. Now that I'm back in school and have a place to call my own, it has been a great experience hosting travelers coming through town.

I don't read nearly enough, although some of my favorites include Mutiny On The Bounty, Desert Solitaire, The Zodiac, and the Great Gatsby.

I have a pretty broad taste in music, ranging from garage rock, punk, blues, hip-hop, and a smattering of reggae.

I love good cinema, but I have a propensity to watch campy 80's action movies with anyone who will join me

I spent two days at the Glastonbury music festival in England, surounded by over 200,000 people. Very cool
