A free spirited, super-well travelled, fun, creative, hopeful, talkative dreamer...

I'm yet another Brit who has taken up residence in Australia. I moved to Sydney more than 6 years ago with my backpack in tow and haven't left. I've since become a citizen.

Before moving to Sydney I spent six months backpacking and before than 2.5 years living and working in Dubai.

Now, after years of working in busy TV studios and newsrooms, I've been freelancing full-time for the last nine months (best decision ever!). I do a fair bit of travel writing, which allows me to feed my main passion: travel.

I'm about to embark on a stint of travel around Australia and Europe (with a few days in Asia in between) for three-plus months.

Not really looking to be hosted, more keen on catching up with locals with a few beers and a bit of sightseeing.

Oh, I'm gay btw so if that's an issue...then move on.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Been out of the couch surfing game for years - since I moved to Australia in fact. Like I said, it'd be good to meet some interesting folk for beers, coffee, dinner or whatever.

I REALLY believe that you get what you give. I believe in karma and I believe in fate. I've had so many incredible 'coincidences' in my life - mainly while traveling - that has led me to believe that there's far more beneath the surface of things.

Intereses

I have so many - I'm never bored.

In no particular order: reading, eating out, cooking, yoga, running, kayaking/paddle boarding, outdoors stuff, any adventure sports, general exploring music, hiking and of course, travelling whenever I can!
