CURRENT MISSION
Planning to hibernate a whole winter at -30 degrees
ABOUT ME
Heads up, we've moved to Mongolia! Where there is no extradition law, woo!
Seriously, me in a nutshell, former workaholic and ridiculously shy, now on a quest to be happy. And the first thing about being happy, is that you have to want to be happy. And I'm very serious about that.
Married to this hippie here (https://www.couchsurfing.org/profile.html?id=9K0M195), we're re-enacting the lady and the tramp the corporate version...me being the lady in the story...
Plus a ton of traveling, lovely people around me, a cool job that sends me to Nigeria, Mongolia and other such places don't hurt neither.
PHILOSOPHY
Dont hold back, enjoy, don't complicate things. And do something stupid every once in a while just to prove to yourself you still got it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We just moved to Mongolia and are already updating our CS profile to show we're hosting, and getting a place with enough space for people to drop by. Freaking addictive, this CS business
Plus, can't wait to roam around Asia starting from here.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Some of my closest friends and overall awesome people I've met through CS, it's such a treat to see how it attracts people that you meet and cant get get enough of. Or the stories they tell, what they've done, who they are.

Music, Movies, and Books
Just scratching the surface here...
Movies - Babel, To rome with love, Lock stock and 2 smoking barrels, In brugge, Requiem for a dream, Pulp Fiction
Music - classic rock, metal, jazz, folk, blues, and a ton of others. I have a 17yo Iron Maiden t-shirt!
Books - anything from James Clavell's Eastern world universe, Stephen King for the shameless word polishing he gives his books, Frank Herbert and Asimov for being so far ahead of their time it's humbling for the rest of us
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Stood on top of a dormant volcano in Iceland...which apparently wasn't dormant anymore the following days.
Teach, Learn, Share
All of them. This site has a ton to offer because it has a ton of people who are willing to learn and share about themselves. How boring would life be if everyone thought they knew everything and didnt even bother trying to think differently for a change.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Food, I love cooking. Not just for the food, but the experience of cooking while talking to people, glass of wine in hand.
Surprises, anything from fridge magnets to organizing parties for someone.
Music, exchanging songs and listening to bands for half a night.
Listening, I do that well, and I take interest in people's lives.
I could go on for a while, but the idea is, good vibe and cheer. Hospitality in whatever form deserves at least this.
