About Me

PLEASE READ:
I have been in the UAE for some years now and I know how things work here. I know how men have no problem texting on social media and wherever they can and keep asking for dates. Couchsurfing is NOT a dating site! Please do not message me if you are looking for a date, sex, girlfriend, or anything similar. I will report you.

CURRENT MISSION

Finishing my BA at NYU Abu Dhabi and working on my honor's thesis. Pretty busy year for me in Abu Dhabi so I generally do not have the time to meet up, but if you need any advice or recommendations I would be happy to try and help. :)

ABOUT ME

I am a Croatian girl from Zagreb, studying Sociology and Literature at NYU Abu Dhabi. I work on Sexual Education in Croatia and it is becoming a big part of both my personal and professional life. I also believe on constantly working on oneself and evolving, it really makes life interesting!

I am a life enthusiast, spontaneous traveler, and spoiled hedonist. I love animals and nature, hearing interesting stories and learning from others.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in karma and energy, whatever you give will come back to you.

P.S.

Please don't message me looking for hookups or any similar romantic and/or sexual encounters. If you want that, find me on Tinder, but please do not use CS for that!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love backpacking and budget travelling. I feel that is one of the few ways to really get in touch with the culture and the locals. I prefer travelling alone and always end up meeting incredible people on the way. Until now, my main choice of accommodation were hostels, but I want to step out of my comfort zone once again. Couchsurfing is a chance to really get to know people and make friends, exchange ideas, cultures, languages, recipes... It is a way to make this world a little smaller, and our lives a little bigger.
