I'm a 20 year old girl from Germany who likes exploring places. Currently I'm living with an amazing family in Chicureo, Chile as an Au-Pair. Since I don't earn too much money, I'm hoping for a couch to stay at during my trip. My family and friends would describe me as friendly and open-minded.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, getting to know people and places and cultures and languages (actually everything that makes a country special) has become somewhat of a hobby to me. And in my experience it's the best and and easiest and safest way to get to know a place by meeting up with locals. Oh, and let's not forget about the stories we can share while enjoying a nice cup of coffee or beer or wine or whatever you prefer ;)

I've seen a lot of countries, though most of them are located in Europe. I've also spend a year in Latvia, what mighy be the reason why i love traveling so much.

Music, Movies, and Books

I just love The Beatles and Queen, but I listen as well to ABBA, Guns'n'Roses or classical music like Tschaikowsky. Have you seen the movie Inglorious Basterds? No? In this case I have a brilliant idea about what to do in case the weather doesn't want me to explore the city.
Talking about books ... that's really hard question. I've been reading so so many books that it's quite difficult for me to choose a favorite. Buut, I think Harry Potter is a classic you just have to read.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach you some German if you'd like to and I probably also could teach you some steps in dancing since in learned ballroom dancing for 4 years :)
I myself would love to learn Spanish, it's such a beautiful language.
