About Me
Hey there! I grew up in a village close to Cologne, Germany but also have family in England.
I’m studying to become a somatic breathwork
therapist/coach, with a focus on nervous system regulation. I’ll be working with individuals and offering group classes, to help people manage chronic stress, anxiety, trauma.
I would describe myself as very open minded,
highly empathetic and ambitious. I’m passionate about writing, painting, dancing and learning new languages
I like art classes, going to museums and pottery.
When travelling I like to visit nearby parks, go for a swim, for brunch, check out vintage stores and conscious events especially if there’s ecstatic dance.
Not interested in meeting people that smoke/like to get drunk!
