Hi :) I'm Paula 19 and just finished school!I grew up in an awefully small village and though I always had fun and only partially got bored, all I want to do now is to see the world. My Family has a big house and garden with some chickens, rabbits and the cutest cat ever! I lived at a boarding school for over 7 years and moved into a flat with two of my classmates for our last year of school. It was an absolutly amazing time and I'm going to miss having my friends around me what felt like 24/7. Oh, you may wonder why I didn't live at home...alright that's too much to explain right now (I'm kinda lazy sometimes, sorry ;) ). If you are curious just write me a message and I'll explain :) So, what else? I'm a super sporty person and love being outside exploring (may it be nature or a new city) and trying new things. Though I love having my friends around me and enjoy spening time with them, I need alone time for me too. I've got to admit I'm not the best when it comes to meeting new people! I can be really shy in the beginning and it takes me some time to break throu the ice and be my normal crazy self again!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

well...as I said I want to explore the world! I don't just want to tan on a fancy beach all day, see some touristy things and than go home and tell everyody how amazing whatever culture and country was. Don't get me wrong, I'm always up for some time on the beach ;) ... but I really want to get to know the place I'm staying at and I think the best way to do so is by meeting locals. and there goes my second point...meeting people. I really want to get better and lear to be more open when meeting someone new so...I have to meet as many new people as possible! Combine those two things and you'll see why I'm here :)

Music, Movies, and Books

seriuosly...books...how am I supposed to pick? I love everything with a little romance in it and am especially into fantasy. My favorite movie is actually "Spirit" it's an animated kids movie about a horse ... please don't picture some barbie and a flying unicorn! This movie is amazing it's about fighting for your freedom, friendship, love, being open minded and learning..I just love it! :)
Music..that's actually pretty hard too! I don't like things too rocky and I always need some lyrics to sing a long to! Also depends in what kinda mood I'm in...actually I don't think I'm listening to whole albums and rather pick songs that I like. That means I'm often listening to only one or two songs froma certain artist. I love Macklemore, the new Harry Styles, Arctic Monkeys, Vampire Weekend, Abba, Twentyone Pilots, ...and well...I'm a girl so sometimes I need to channel my inner Beyonce with...well Beyonce ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share a laugh. Seriously, I'm usually a really happy and positive person and though I'm propably not that funny myself, I love to laugh.
This one is pretty hard... I could teach somebody how to ski..but I don't think that this is very helpful.
I've gotta say I'm not a really good chef, I feel like there's always something missing when I cook....but I'm an excelent backer! Stil trying to figure out how that can be....
