About Me
Hello couch surfers!
I am citizen of the world originally born in Romania. I traveled the world through my studies, sport career, and volunteering. I lived in the United States, Hungary, Romania, and Italy. I am currently moving to the Netherlands for a Semester.
I am vegetarian, and try to with as much as it fits in my suitcase. I am lover of sports, and movement, and I try to make that part of my day as often as I can. ( I could probably offer you a free yoga session, if you host me : ) I am also a big believer in the power of spiritual practices, including meditation, prayer and journaling. ( and I try to practice them too. )
I am very much of bookworm, and I love meeting people from different backgrounds and listening to their stories.
I consider travel as a way of challenge and self discovery, and I believe that each and every experience and person brings teaches us something important.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I decided to couch surf, because I am looking for an alternative travel experience compared to mainstream tourism.
I believe that the connections made on the road are just as, or even more important than the destination.
Besides, I like to experience places from authentic perspectives given by local people.
