About Me
My name is Paula and I am about to turn 26 years old. I was born and raised in Barcelona but I am living in Berlin since 4 years ago.
What can I say about me ?
I am an optimistic person and very passionate about alternative travelling (that's why I am in couchsurfing). I studied International Business and Marketing and I am currently working in Berlin, saving up a bit of money for my 6 months trip in South East Asia.
The reason why I am living in Berlin is because of the big culture scene that this city offers. I like electronic music, art in general and I love cinema! One of my favorites hobbies of the year is to assist to the Berlinale (International Film Festival in Berlin) where I can watch the premieres from the best cinema of all countries.
I also like reading and one of my favourite book is: Wir Kinder vom Banhof Zoo (in english the title is: Christiane F).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing to connect with the people while I am travelling. Most of the times I am travelling alone so couchsurfing is a great place to meet new people, to spend some time of your trip with them and also to observe and learn from other cultures.
I am also on Couchsurfing to offer a room in my place in Berlin! As I mentioned before, I am a big supporter of the alternative ways of travelling. I think simply going to a Hotel is too easy and not adventurous at all!
