Overview
About Me
I'm an avid traveler and love being outside. I practice letting my instinct take over which has lead me to discover physical and emotional places I never knew existed. The best part of meeting new people is getting to know their background, how they think, what brought them to their present moment, and how their environment shaped them.
I quit my job in early 2019 to pursue a dream of becoming an acrobat. I'm able to host travelers at the moment if you're hitchhiking or traveling by car, I live in a small permaculture community in France in the middle of nowhere but if you're interested in visiting the community let me know! Living in community means trusting each other and being in constant communication about how we're feeling, our self-development and how we relate to each other. I practice non-violent communication and consciousness work. I try to eat as vegan as possible and locally sourced.
I'm a hand to hand acrobat and dabble at a few other circus disciplines! I'm learning French, diving deeper into psychology, and I would love to go into professional cooking! I teach Spanish classes.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To foster the healthy, safe, and cooperative spread of cultural diversity - that sounds very serious. I think horizons should be explored, boundaries pushed and locals should encourage respectful visitors to learn about their surroundings. Meeting other people helps me question myself, my privilege and inclusion of others.
Other than that... sometimes it's hard to meet the right people when in a foreign city, Couchsurfing makes it easier.
Interests
I have a dream to cook professionally, own my own locally sourced cafe/concept restaurant, and start mountaineering! Adventure and sports really helps me get to. know myself and my fears.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love to read and sadly tend to forget the title of books. Here are some: I am, I am, I am by Maggie O'Ferrell, Ishmael, Justice, we Are The Weather.
I'm big into folk music (Shakey Graves, Typhoon, The Lumineers) but also love some rock bands (Tom Petty, Vetusta Morla) and reggae (Nahko and Medicine For The People, Landon McNamara).
The Grand Budapest Hotel is must have. Fleabag is the best TV show ever made. Better than Friends.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm happy to share cuisine from the places I've lived - food makes the heart grow fonder! But also acrobatics, you're literally lifting other people in the air. I think it's fun...
I love helping others solve problems they're stuck on - "I'm sure there is something around your house that will help you move forward one way or another".
