I’m just this easy going human who is currently living in Darwin for time being. I enjoy exploring everything that across my path.

I spend my life visually rather than hearing. I can’t imagine the life without sign language as it’s my main mode of communication.

I have travelled extensively and just had my wonderful solo world trip for 14 months as part of my 40th birthday. I love explore each countries and see the diversity that the world has to offer also to meet those random humans.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started when I arrived in Singapore last Nov 2018 as Airbnb is illegal there. I’m glad I got involved in this cool CS community as I met many amazing locals/hosts. Now I’m returning the favour and host those adventurous travellers.

Music, Movies, and Books

Enjoy various movies that are foreign, comedy romantic, documentary and true story genres. One of my favourite would be ‘Amelie’ and many more.

I enjoy read various books that are about travelling and cultures also biographies. A memorable book would be ‘Marching Powder’.

I obviously don’t follow music even though if it’s translated into sign language or subtitled. I do have my visual music and will be happy to show you what it is. 😉

What I Can Share with Hosts

Different perspective as a deaf person, sign language, culture, chat (either typing, writing or signing) over a drink or two.
I will be able to give tips on places to explore as well as to enjoy my hospitality.
