I'm from a small city that its seated by a river in the south of Catalonia. Not that this is relevant information, but, what it is except for who we are at this moment? Anyhow, I've always find a difficult task talking about myself so, I hope we'll get the chance to make the presentations properly and switch what pragmatism hasn't been able to introduce with whatever imagination has to say.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have no experience in couch surfing but some friends of mine have travelled this way and always tell me how nice is this system to get to know the parade you are interested in, specially because you do the tour by the hand of a native. So.. why shouldn't give it a try?!

Interests

As a student of a degree as vaguely large as Arts and Humanities I think I developed a kind of illness that force me to dig in every subject that has a relation with Culture. I don't know.. if we talk about Cinema, Bergman or Godard; Philosophy, Sartre or Lao Tsé; Literature, Barnes or Cervantes....

To sum up, littles bites of everything, little amounts of nothing.

Music, Movies, and Books

To mention some of my favorite things.. Tunes like "My funny Valentine" or "Footprints" by the sound of Chet Baker or Wayne Shorter.. Jazz; Themes like the "Fifth Symphony" of Mahler or the "Forty Symphony" of Mozart give me chills.. Classical. Films like "Perfect Sense", "The eternal sunshine of the spotless mind", "Persona" or "Waking Life".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've always seen art on stage, specially Music, as one of the most marvelous miracles on earth. I don't consider myself a proper musician but I'll keep trying (I "play" the violin). Maybe one day I'll have what it's needed to perform naturally. Meanwhile..
