Music, Movies, and Books

brazilian/portuguese litterature, such as: guimarães rosa, clarice lispector, josé saramago, mia couto. Also foreign litterature as ian mc ewan, balzac, sartre, beckett, gabriel garcia marquez and many others.

I love listening to music and I love many many singers, some of them are: (brazilians) gilberto gil, chico buarque, caetano veloso, kiko dinucci, metá metá, luiz gonzaga, bixiga 70, novos baianos, los hermanos, casuarina, joão bosco, etc. I also enjoy indie rock: arctic monkeys, arcade fire, franz ferdinand, phoenix, too doors cinema club and others. Jazz singers, funk & soul and african sounds are nice too.

Movies: I reeeeally love "before the sunset" ("boyhood", the newest one from the same director, is also amazing!). I use to watch latin american movies and also european movies, but cant say I dont like the hollywood style, it is also fun sometimes ;) Almodovar is one of my favorites directors.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some portuguese and also a bit of our culture (cooking and dancing specially) :D
