I'm a Brazilian PhD student living in Porto, Portugal since September 2018. In Brazil, I was born and raised in an island called Florianópolis (aka Floripa). I also had an exchange experience in Edmonton (Canada) for four months in 2015, when I got a scholarship from ELAP (Emerging Leaders of America Program). I love traveling, food, music, books and meeting new people from all around the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm interested in couchsurfing because I love meeting and talking to people from different countries. I believe it's a great opportunity to share ideas and experiences. Also, by meeting locals, I'll have a more realistic and interesting experience/view about the city I'm visiting. Additionally, it'll help me save money.
