About Me
Philosophy: There are no strangers here, only friends you haven't yet met.
One of the things I enjoy most about travelling and living abroad is having great conversations about anything in general (that includes politics, religion, and any topic considered taboo). If you love to share your travel stories, perspectives on life and love, and want to converse in a second language, lets talk!!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
1) meet travellers with a great story who would like a tour of my beautiful city
2) hang out with open-minded individuals across the world
3) practice my Spanish and also help others improve their English
Interests
Hiking, dancing, snowboarding, and having siestas on the beach are some of the things I do when I'm not in a cubicle.
- dancing
- politics
- traveling

Music, Movies, and Books
Favorite books:
Milan Kundera "The Unbearable Lightness of Being"
Chuck Palahniuk "Diary"
Chris Hadfield "An Astronaut's Guide to Life on Earth"
Favorite music:
We can discuss any type of genre except country music. Like American country music - think Dixie Chicks (cringe).
Some of my favorite artists include: Radiohead, The xx, A$AP Rocky, Kings of Convenience, Manu Chao, Astrud Gilberto, Bonobo, Schlomo, Broken Social Scene, Karen O.
Favorite movies:
There are too many to list, but any Wes Anderson film is good and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind - you can't deny Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet's chemistry.
