About Me
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Living in Sweden for a year some years ago made me realize how differently people live in different places and I decided I wanted to experience it more, so that's why I joined Couchsurfing.
Interests
Things I like:
Nature and mountains (hiking, climbing, camping, sleeping outside, spending several days lost in the mountains).
Stepping out of my comfort zone, trying new things, learning new stuff, re-educating myself, thinking.
Juggling. Music. Photography. Reading. Sea and ocean. Hitchhiking. Cooking. Living with few material things.
Things I do NOT like:
Any kind of intolerance, racism, xenophobia, sexim and so on (I hope you get it).
Too much party. Dependence. Football.

Music, Movies, and Books
MOVIES:
In general I like weird movies and those ones that make you think. I don't like watching movies just to waste time. Time's not to be wasted.
I LOVE David Lynch, he's kind of my favourite director.
Favourites: Mulholland Drive, You and me and everyone we know, La science des rêves, Being John Malkovich, Twin Peaks (series), The eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, The man from earth, Paprika, Melancholia, Martin(Hache), La vie d'Adèle, Black mirror (really interesting series, makes you think), Món petit, Rubber
BOOKS:
Probably Chuck Palahniuk is one of my favourite writers, also Milan Kundera, and what I like reading it's been changing a lot with time.
Favourites: Flatland (E.Abbot)t, The gods themselves (Asimov), On the road (Kerouac), Into the wild (Jon Krakauer), Fight club (Palahniuk), Rant (Palahniuk), 1984 (Orwell), Animal farm (Orwell), The Unbearable Lightness of Being (Kundera)
MUSIC:
I like music a lot, used to play piano not very constantly, now I'm trying to learn to play the harmonica. I find it very difficult to describe the music I like. I guess it's mainly ska, reggae, dub, punk/rock, spanish rap and spanish singer-songwriters.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
From my travelling/exploring side:
Three weeks hitchhiking trip around north Sweden and Norway using no money at all (hitchhiking, dumpsterdiving and wildcamping).
Trips of around 1 week camping, hiking and climbing up in the mountains (Pyrenees) with my friends. It's amazing to experience how differently it is to meet people in the mountains from meeting them in cities.
From my nerd mathematician/studying side:
Studying the relationship between braids (as simple hair braids!) and juggling as the final project of my degree.
