I want to make human connections past the comforts of my own home and into the rest of the world. Individually, this is how I will grow psychologically and collectively, this is the only way we will move forward as a species!!

ABOUT ME

My name is Paula and I am Colombian-Canadian (born Colombian but I grew up in Canada) seeking to find human connection and adventure. I want to travel and meet people/different cultures to understand my consciousness and collective consciousness better. I am also an arts fanatic with a love for anything that involves creativity including group projects, painting, drawing, digital art, photography, videography, dance, music, etc. My specialty is photoshop ;) In the future, I see myself creating a lot of art from my philosophies but also doing a lot of research in the subject that I am specialized in: consciousness studies!

Others would say that I'm easy going and down to earth, very sociable (but I also like my alone time to think). Artistic, creative, knowledge-lover, and a curious truth seeker.

PHILOSOPHY

I have one for every topic haha just ask me!

One thing is certain: I don't follow the herd, nor would I want my children to follow the herd.

Also, I'm not just a dreamer but I'm a lucid dreamer ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Mr. Peabody & Sherman, UP, pretty much all animated movies (AMAZED BY THIS FORM OF ART! I once wanted to be an animator hehe)

Music: depends on the mood I want to evoke in the moment.

Books: ahh so many!! Probably Alterations of Consciousness by Imants Baruss (my soon to be thesis supervisor) because it was the moment I fell in love with consciousness studies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I won the award for Canada's best young artist through the National Gallery of Canada and my prize was to go "behind the scenes" to where they store all the famous art. I got to see some kick asssss original paintings from very famous artists.

I've also seen some pretty wicked stuff happen in my dreams.
