About Me

I'M NO LONGER LIVING IN BALNEÁRIO CAMBORIÚ SO I CAN'T HOST ANYMORE :(
Eu não moro mais em Balneário Camboriú, por isso não posso mais hospedar.

✈ I may take some time to answer, but I always do. ✈

I'm a very spontaneous, outgoing, open-minded and talkative girl from Brazil. I study International Relations and I currently work as a freelancer on translation (PT/ES/EN).
I moved to Costa Rica when I was 16 for an exchange and since then travelling became one of my biggest passions. I had the chance to visit every single part of Costa Rica but, incredibly, I don't know many places in my own country (have been to 6 states out of 27) - maybe I can justify that by saying that's because 168 Costa Ricas fit inside Brazil. :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people, sharing stories and making memories. Also, I love experiencing new cultures and learning new languages (can you teach me something in your language, please?), and I do believe that couchsurfing is a great way of doing all of that! :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is my addiction and biggest passion. I love showing Brazilian songs to foreigners and discovering new songs from all around the world! From german rock to norwegian rap, I love all types of music. I can play the guitar and I kinda try to sing as well.
When it comes to books... I'm a big fan of Tess Gerritsen, so my favorite book ever is The Surgeon. I also loved reading The Sea-Wolf by Jack London, the Millenium trilogy by Stieg Larsson, Duma Key by Stephen King, It's Kind Of A Funny Story by Ned Vizzini, the Hannibal trilogy by Thomas Harris, Fight Club by Chuck Palahniuk, and many many others.

Teach, Learn, Share

I deeply believe that everybody has something to teach and share. I love to learn new stuff from new people with a new culture. On the other hand, I can also teach and share a lot of stuff.
