ABOUT ME

I'm 26, and I've lived in New York City for the past 8 years. I'm a theater director and binge-traveler. In New York, as my day job I manage a children's arts programs and occasionally cater, but my theater is what drives me. My company, Theater in Asylum, creates original work and adapts classics with music, poetry and dance.

Most recently I took a play I wrote and directed to around the United States a bit and it will soon appear in the 2014 Prague Fringe Festival. After performing there May 27-31, 2014, I will be traveling for 6 weeks.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I studied abroad in Cuba during collage and did an independent study on the government oversight of the arts in Cuba. What I was taught in the US about Cuba was all wrong. And what a beautiful experience to learn that.
