ABOUT ME

A friend to all walks of life and on a quest to absorb the gifts of humanity through humanity. I say grace before my meals and care for myself and the space around me physically, mentally, emotionally and psychically. An enriching meal, a glass of wine and a table full of friends and encompassing conversation is all the nourishment I need, cooking is a meditation. I've lived in India and many other parts of the world, backpacking my way away from my ego. Montreal has been home to me for the past five years where my practice and instruction of yoga and spiritual mentorship has given me peace, direction, discourse and family.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During my helitack fire training, I rappelled from a Bell 205 over 100ft down a cliff face. Awesome.
