ABOUT ME

I like to think I've got quite a character to myself. On the weekends, most people know me by "whyte ave boombox guy" hahaha. I recently got back from a 13 month trip to Australia, Amsterdam, India, Sri Lanka, and New york. You will have fun If you decide to stay with me. I just moved back to Edmonton and am living in a really cool house with friends, and you could be one of them! I love sports, and Aussie rules football has really blown me away, and how amazing of a sport it is(I play for team canada). I like trying new things and being weird, embrace it! My true passion lies between 90s ski jackets and onesies and boomboxes. I hope I meet you one day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host whenever I can here in Edmonton, and think couch surfing is simply one of the best concepts around today. My hosting to surfing ratio is probably around 50:1. Couchsurfing is having a lot of issues these days with having average people. I want to rectify that, and make couch surfing fun again.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couch surfed a several times, they were all awesome times in Canada(Jasper), Sweden(Lund) and most recently in California(San Francisco,Oakland, and Santa Cruz). Now that I've been back in Canada ive been going strong hosting for 6 years!

Interests

I sometimes think I should have grown up in the 80s or 90s due to my retro lifestyle. I love to go and party with my boombox when I go out partying and i always listen to 90s dance music and I always have fun. I am interested at the moment at learning every single country and its capital city in the world, but I haven't found anyone yet who will do this with me. I'm a very athletic person and play and watch alot of sports now and when I was growing up. Right now I currently speed skate, cross country ski(skate ski), aussie rules football, volleyball, basketball, dodgeball, quiditch(harry potter), and last but not least I like to run.
I obviously also have the non stop desire to travel and become a global wanderer, but until next time ill be here in Edmonton. I Love school buses!
