ABOUT ME

I'm a enthousiastic and openminded person who loves to have people around! Currently I'm living in Utrecht, the Netherlands. After I finished my studies in Nijmegen i settled down in the most beautiful city of Holland. I live together with Karina and we are very happy :) We love to travel around and we really enjoy to meet new people and find out all about them!

PHILOSOPHY

Right now, I'm aiming to have a good life: enjoying each day as a bless. I have a real positive attitude. For me that means taking responsibilities in life and having as much fun as possible. Sounds hard maybe, but I think it's a worthwile to combine those things and I'll think it leads to happiness.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hope to give people a place to crash, experience my town and hopefully when I'm traveling I get the same chance. I love to adept to other people and places learning as much as possible from others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Paul stayed in London, Moscow and Ulan Bator. Together with Karina we've made new Couchsurfing friends in Russia, Iran, Turkey, Jordan and Denmark. It's a very easy en nice way to have a much deeper experience of the place you are going to. More of the cities, more of people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Yes, ehm what to mention. I like to many genres I guess. The movies I like the most are the historical epics like the Gladiator, the Patriot etc. When there are women I don't have a problem with the romantic ones. Movies like the Bourne Indentity are also my favourites. It's the same in music en reading the story is similar. To many, to beautifull.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking down the river in Varanasi (India). Climbing mt. Meru in Tanzania, being in paradise on Zanzibar (island), having a meal with an Iranian family on their vineyard in Shiraz. Enjoying a Banya in Moscow etc.

Teach, Learn, Share

What i especially like from couchsurfing is the chance to exchange stories and pilosophy's about life/work/travels/lifestyle/religion etc. Great stuff :)
