About Me

OK, let's start with the basics: I was run over by a motorcycle in Vatican City in 2003. For the last 12 years, I've been searching for the perfect Pope joke. All that I've really come up with is the previous sentence and the explanation that follows it.

I'm really into weather models/meteorology. I pay $18.99 a month to access really pretty ones. So basically, to me weather models are worth the same as two Netflixes or one HBOGo or $18.99 in kale or $18.99 in currency.

Interests

Community development, showering, urban planning, getting dressed, historic preservation, going to work. I advocate for and research the (decreasing) number of programs that help bring jobs, health clinics, community facilities, and hope to some of the poorest urban and rural communities in America.

I love to sing. It's my favorite thing in the world. I'm also enjoy math, maps, photoshop, and....creating VERY SERIOUS animated GIFS about political topics:

I love puns. I'd set aside my current career for my dream job: a Pun Job in Punjab, IN.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC: I love the band that wrote row row row your boat. It sucks that their lead singer died, but at least there are a ton of good covers of it out there

FOOD: Gluten. By the spoonful. But only if it's labeled properly as 100% GMO. If you know anywhere that serves good gluten please let me know and we'll go be bloated together.

BOOKS: I read the first GoT book, and I followed that up by reading season 2, season 3, season 4, and season 5.

TV: Favorites, past and present: Breaking Bad, Mad Men, TNG, Arrested Development, Justified, Seinfeld, GoT, BSG, The Wire, Deadwood, The Shield.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 1993, I hosted a public access TV show called Video Game Wizards with my brother and cousin. We knew nothing about video games. People prank called us, cursed at us, etc. And we giggled:
