Hello I am Paul,

a 28 year old guy living in Brussels, Belgium. I am working as a project manager in the House of European History (European Parliament) and next to that make techno music.
I have hitchhiked Europe, South Africa, worked for the Vice-President of the European Parliament and learned from Nobel prize winners.
Number one goal: I want to see the world!

As an ‘artivist’, political campaigner, and social entrepreneur, I have been passionate about grassroots movements, and I have been working on defending equality and justice through storytelling. I founded a punch of NGO’s, co-created a social music school in Vienna and worked as workshop facilitator in different countries. I am part of the Museums for Future movement, and as a youth networker campaign for humanising and modernising the European Union.

While working in Amsterdam at the Anne Frank House I very much discovered the personal impact of meeting new people from all over the world and the importance of dialogue between us human beings.

Что привело меня на Couchsurfing

I am a constant traveller and I am always excited about new adventures. I like playing music with other people and have met really nice people while hitchhiking throughout Europe. I like the idea of meeting new people in other countries and share a bed/ couch/ flat with them. My friends say I am very social, haha and I like to laugh, who not. Usually I am in a pretty happy mood, especially while travelling. I am fascinated by other societes and countries, so let's share our fascination and show the world how peaceful human beings from all around the world can live together!

I to run, ski, learn new languages (French, spanish, dutch) and make music. I have been part of several bands playing the piano. I was also singing at a choir called Academy Singers, travelling to different choir competitions.
One interest, which has been with me since I am born is: learning new personalities, especially those who challenge my thoughts. I am ambitious and curious about a loooot of thinks: Can get enthuastic about literally anything really quickly. In general learning plays a crucial role in my everyday life and I attach great importance to expanding my knowledge every day. I am also really into science and I love to apply and expand my diverse knowledge during travelling. I like to think and write about Conflict resolution; EU politics; Social Entrepreneurship and Anthropology.
