About Me

Hi!! I'm a part-time teacher, part-time dancer and student. I have a bit of a busy life right now but I love meeting new people from around. Welcome to my home, all I ask in return is a bit of order and a great attitude. :)
I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay!

Music, Movies, and Books

Oh! this is a difficult one!

Music: Debussy, Faure, Bach.. you know, some classics, some baroques, some impressionists...
I also like modern stuff... like Sia, Daughter, I like to look into indie music.

Movies
I like movies to be well written and offer something interesting to me, the genre doesn't really matter. Examples.
"Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind"
"Birdman"
"Neverending Story"
"Fern Gully"

Books.

Also, books from the Bible:
Job
Habakkuk
1 Corinthians
are some of my top choices.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well I don't know about amazing, but my life turned 180º when I finally buckled down and began ballet classes and flute lessons in a disciplined manner. This has given my life structure and from there I've been able to grow into a strong adult, ready for life challenges and ready to try to change what is in my reach or fight to keep what is worthwhile. Is there a way to improve my surroundings? Is it a lost cause? Is there no improvement to be found? These are the questions, but really I like to stick to the basics. Basic principles, basic rules. (*)

Oh and .... as of 2020 I've given my life to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Nothing more amazing. 💟

(*)The principles are based on the Word, the Bible.

Teach, Learn, Share

What I can share with visitors -apart from kitchen appliances :P- is language knowledge on the one hand. I speak fluent (Mexican) Spanish and (American) English so I'd be glad to give tips. I do a bit of French but if you know French you'd probably be more help to me than I you!

On the other hand, we could jam with my not-at-all-nerdy ;) transversal flute and if you are truly interested I could actually offer you a beginner class. I'm also pretty good at navigating the city so I could help out with tourist info, which places to go and which places to avoid!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Anything from books I carry to food recipes to an interesting conversation (warning! may get intense ;)

I like to be quiet, clean and orderly and I am very respectful of house rules, I think living in harmony requires clarity and freedom to speak one's needs.
