Why I’m on Couchsurfing

"Sharing the moment"- this is my motto :) And for me that's what CS is about. Besides that, in my opinion the best way to get to know the country well is to spend some time with locals and Couchsurfing is perfect for this!

I am sociable person, who loves helping other people, seeks conversation and likes being in society. I love to get insight the culture and everyday life of the people i meet - same about the history of the places i am visiting... and even thought i love books or museums, I still do see people around me as the best source of knowledge. The best stories and memories from my travels are related to people i met.

I have lots of friends around the world and I have welcomed them or their friends at my home since many years, no matter where i used to live in the meantime...So i hosted hundreds of people privately till i get to know the CS-society. I liked the idea, because it gives more possibilities to exchange- not only during traveling but also back at home thanks to hangouts. I love to show my home city or the one i live in at that moment to the visitors, no matter if they belong to CS-society or got my contact from one of my friends.
