About Me
CURRENT MISSION
--- Still trying to settle down :) -----
Estas locas y hermosas ganas de descubrir el mundo...
To discover the world, travel within me and transform what I need to transform, and learn what helps me grow from the world outside in order to share my best in return to the world. My medium is dance, "la danza, la creación"
ABOUT ME
I believe art can change the world by transforming us from within. I love open spaces, light, green and trees, I need to feel the air running. I'm intuitive. I'm vegetarian. I like spicy over sweet or bitter. I love chocolate, but not that artificial thing called Hershey's or similar, but the authentic mexican xocolatl. I also love a good cup of coffee (Coatepecano) or mate every morning, along with my yoga practice. When I was 17 I lived in Finland for a whole year and it was amazing. Son Jarocho and Fado are some of my favourite music styles, i find the sound of the requinto and la jarana really warm. I'm also a jeweller. I learnt aerial dance for some months and I'd like to go back learning some time soon again. I believe the sound of drums are one of the most primitive sounds and resound throughout our bodies moving them. Dance is not about steps, is about movement and calligraphy. Nothing is fixed, everything is constant movement, constant change. I don't like smoking nor the smell of it (tabaco or marihuana). I love red wine, dark beer (artisanal preferentially), mezcal, hot chocolate with brandy. I love cats and dogs, I have a dog companion, Yuna María del Carmen Tabú, and a cat companion, Pepita Peppina Tähti. I love tortillas, specially made of maíz negro - black corn -. I'm a collector of words. My favourite book which I always carry with me is Le Petit Prince.
PHILOSOPHY
Nothing is fixed, everything is in constant change.
On ne voit bien qu'avec le coeur, l'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have a couple of friends who have received people and it seems like a nice way to meet people from other cultures.
Interests
I often go for a walk with Yuna María del Carmen Tabú (my dog-mate) to a park and if the time's right, I sit down and contemplate either the sunset or the water.
