About Me

Hey there!
I just came back from my Work and Travel year in Canada and even though it feels quite good to be back in Germany in the well known surroundings, I can't stop thinking about where I want to go next to see more from the world little by little.

some things I like:
- I'm really interested in art, architecture, photography and other handicrafts such as sewing, quitting, embroidery, linocut etc.
- I love food (eating as well as cooking/backing :)
- spend time outside (walking, cycling, hiking, rollerblading, swimming..) and do sports together for fun
- I'm starting to learn more and get better in taking care about roomplants/garden plants

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Until now I stayed in hostels most of the time, which is nice to meet other travellers, but I thought it would be even better to get in touch with locals for a better understanding of the place you are at the moment.

Music, Movies, and Books

I can listen to music (and podcasts) a lot, actually every kind but preferably indie pop/rock, folk, alternative and I love live music!
I also like to spend some free time watching movies/shows or read novels. So if you have some recommendations I'm more then happy to hear them :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bikepacking is a way of travelling I really like in general. A couple of months ago I had the chance to go on a little longer tour on Vancouver Island, which was quite wonderful. Of course there were up and downs, but at the end I saw so much beautiful nature, felt real freedom and got really fit for a short period of time XD

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm already happy to just meet new people and maybe share some good food, talk, laugh etc..
And if we feel like exchanging some cultural traditions/specialities (even though there might not be so many really good German ones, but maybe you can offer more X) or language I'm always open to do so!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm sure we have some things in common, so let's start with that and then see where it goes!

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland
