I grew up in Oregon, USA with my French family (who come from New Caledonia and France). This allowed for a beautiful childhood of traveling the world and igniting my passion of world travel & learning about cultures.

I studied medicine until my 5th year where we were just learning about what pill to give... which to me, is not health. I love nature and learning how to live a healthy lifestyle! So I quit medical school and went traveling some more. During my travels, I found out about women's natural hormone cycles and it transformed my life! So I have been passionately researching women's hormonal health & helping women all over the world get rid of PMS, period pains, and other hormonal imbalances to be in optimal health & fertility. I've been doing this for the past 7 years and it still brings me so much joy.

I'm now living in Bali, Indonesia since 2020 and I love living the tropical island life. I met my now-husband Guillaume here in March 2022, who is a musician and chocolatier from Paris. We got married in March 2024.

Together, we love playing music, being in nature like hiking or visiting gardens, and eating good food!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled from the southern tip of South America (Ushuaia in Argentine Patagonia) to the top of South America (Cartagena, Colombia) all by bus! One of those buses in Peru blew up into flames and we all got out fine :)
