I am Pauline, I am 26 years old from France living in Copenhagen since 2019. I am a queer feminist and I live with my lovely partner Atlas who is Danish and who loves learning new things, playing and exploring new places.

I love swimming during any season, I play music and I love playing with others, I am a big boardgame and mystery fan, I watch a lot of movies, I read, I write and I spend great times partying with my friends!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a big lover of random encounters, of foreign countries and the people that live in it, and of alternative ways of travelling. I have been travelling much thanks to Couchsurfing, especially during a big trip that changed my vision of travelling. During all my journeys, I’ve met many different people, I shared stories one can’t even imagine, I’ve met great friends. I want to keep on doing it forever and give the opportunity to foreigners to do the same in Copenhagen.

I believe money should never keep anyone away from the idea of travelling, especially when you like meeting people and share your experiences and your wisdom.

I love Paul Thomas Anderson movies, Céline Sciamma, Julia Ducournau and Leos Carax ! My favourite movies ever are Grave (Raw - I even have a tattoo of it....), Legally Blond, The Handmaiden, Annette.

Last books I have loved included: Stone butch blues, The Vanishing Half, Chavs, Invisible Women, any Annie Ernaux...

I can teach you some french and basic danish, I can teach you basics of music, and I love talking about gender, LGBTIQ+ and discrimination topics.

I would love to learn new knowledge through you, such as language, the country you come from, where you have been... I love also learning new skills like building or fixing stuff, or cooking a new vegetarian dish! Please teach me stuff!!

What I Can Share with Hosts

My love of Copenhagen, my interests and some of my free time to share a nice moment together! I would love to go for a swim with. you, share a meal, play music, go for a drink or watch a movie/play games.

Please note that my partner and I have big schedules, so there is a big risk that we don't have time to hang out with you as much as we would like to, but we will gladly give you some recommendations of places to visit and try to hang out during your stay.
