I'm a positive minded high spirited international activist and life enjoyer :-)
Dutch born with Indonesian and other mixed roots, grew up outside of Philadelphia in the mid 80's and traveled frequently after finishing my studies.
Amsterdam is my current base but I've also lived in New York, London, Rome, Sicily, Ibiza, Bali, Thailand and Florence.
I don't have any children but I do have the cutest dog ever! Her name is Milou, she's a 5 year old Jack Russell Terrier. We often travel together, but on short trips there are many friends who love looking after her.
Yoga and meditation are a daily practice I've been doing for almost 30 years. Music and dance are my great passions, alongside meeting new people and reconnecting with friends all over the world.
My goal in life is to continuously learn from and inspire others with our personal life stories and shared human experience.

Sharing is the gateway to connecting with others. I share my personal story as a public speaker at international conferences and events, hoping to educate and inspire others. It is also my personal goal to realise the breakdown of stigma and taboo around topics like sexual health and equal rights, hiv/aids and basic human equality.
