Hi :)
My name is Pauline, I am a 24 years old and I have been living in Toulouse for a little less than a year. Before that, I studied in Orsay, near Paris and Nantes. But my hometown is Angers, where I lived for 18 years.

I really like the idea of meeting new people, new things and I am currently involved in the Postcrossing projet, where you exchange postcards with people from all around the world.

I have just started my phD and I am trying to understand why lunar dust is sticking to everything :)

I am going to a conference and I chose to stay two more days to visit one city. I thought it would be a nice idea to spend this time with people who know that city :)

Tricky question!
Two of my favorites books are : Hygiene and the assassin from Amélie Nothomb and Pride and Prejudices from Jane Austen. Two really different styles ! I also loved the Harry Potter books

About the movies, big fan of Fight Club, Interstellar, King Arthur, Harry Potter movies... Well, a lot!

Finally, about the music, I really love like, all kinds. I can be listening from classic rock to indian song, classical. I also really like movie soundtrack (Hans Zimmer...).

While in school, I studied astrophysics, quantum physics and one of our teacher proposed to a small group of students to try to vulgarize about what we were doing. Being part of it, it was really nice to try to make people understand physic concepts. We did that for like, a semester, and it ended with a big show in my university.
You can actually find a scientific article written by the teacher (who was also a researcher) about this experience on the internet ;)

Also, I am planning to go to a middle school where there is an astrophysics club and try to discuss with the students. :)
