About Me

I'm - i believe - a friendly and open-minded french girl (nope, that's not an oxymoron, I swear hahaha but well, that's also how you're supposed to introduce yourself to people.. 🙈), turning 25 soon and missing the multicultural vibe a lot! After a few years of living and travelling abroad, I'm now back in France and I'm willing to keep immersing myself in an international environment, to get in touch with different cultures, and to meet like-minded people :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I know how it feels to find a familiar-looking place with some privacy and a warm atmosphere to settle down a little bit when you've been traveling for a while. I'm currently not able to host you but I'm hoping to be able to do so in a near future! In the meantime, I'd be keen to meet people from all over the world and help them out in their new environment.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I'm mostly into electronic/psychedelic rock/pop/indie/instrumental kind of music. Some of my favorite bands/DJs are Foster The People, Tame Impala, Alt-J, The xx, Beach House, ODESZA, Of Monsters and Men, Glass Animals, Parov Stelar, Fakear, Keane, Radiohead, M83, Empire of the Sun, Moby... Just to name a few!
That being said, I do think I can appreciate pretty much all types of music and I'd love to hear songs from your countries!

Books: Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë, Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë, Pères et fils by Ivan Tourgueniev, L'étranger by Albert Camus, First they erased our name by Habiburahman, some novels written by Stefan Zweig

Movies: Vanilla Sky, Life is beautiful, Goodbye Lenin, The Theory of Everything, Slumdog Millionaire, Moonrise Kingdom, Big Fish, Shutter Island, Before Sunrise/Before Sunset, Captain Fantastic

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

"Amazing" is a very subjective term but well let's try to pick one hahaha:

I've attended the 10 day silent Vipassana meditation course while being sick and feverish in Indonesia!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd be happy to tell you what I've learned so far through my still relatively short life experience and I can't wait to hear from you about your stories, knowledge and special gifts!
I truly believe everyone has something to teach.

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
