Overview
About Me
I am a registered nurse and I work on a pediatric hematology/oncology unit. I enjoy traveling with my husband and we plan on starting travel nursing in the near future. We enjoy maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. My favorite past times include hiking, running, yoga, reading, and surfing Netflix.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've had nothing but great experiences with couchsurfing, whether it be as a guest or as a host. Everyone that I have met has been extraordinary, and I love to hear everyone's unique stories. This community is unbeatable.
My husband and I plan to increase the amount of traveling that we do, and I would love to continue meeting more couchsurfers in the world!

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite bands are Bon Iver and Randy Rogers Band. I am pretty open to most music. I enjoy melancholy, chill music as well as music that is upbeat and dance-y. Depends on my mood.
My favorite authors are Liane Moriarty, Sophie Kinsella - light, fun and comedic books. I also enjoy reading memoirs; my favorites are The Glass Castle and A Piece of Cake.
My favorite movies are Forrest Gump, Braveheart, and John Wick. I LOVE movies of all genres, so I will watch most things at least once.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've completed the "Cactus to Clouds" hike (Mount San Jacinto). It is one of the hardest hikes in the U.S. with the most amount of elevation gain.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My love of eating and trying new restaurants/happy hours! I would also love to share a cup of coffee.
