I am 25 years old and come from Vienna. I study economics, love to do sports (especially football, basketball, skiing!), to travel...and a lot more!:-)

Don't try to pretend, but be yourself, and be confident in doing so. However, be open for new inputs...everything new and maybe challenging can help you to strengthen your personality. Also try to give and take evenly!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I had heard little about couchsurfing until I got stuck at Frankfurt Airport on my way to Costa Rica and a friend advised me to create an account to find a place to stay until the next possible flight. After creating the account and surfing on the page, I found out that the idea and the lifestyle of couchsurfing was really awesome..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed in Guatemala and met wonderful people and had a great time! Recently I also hosted some couchsurfers at my place and enjoyed that as well.

Interests

I really love to do sports. While I play basketball for a club I also really like skiing, jogging, mountainbiking, hiking, surfing...and many other sports. Traveling is also on the top of the list. I have lived in some countries now and I need to say that for me it was the best way to broaden my horizon. I think that there are few things that are more interesting and special than learning a new language and getting to now a new culture and other approaches to many things of daily life by spending time and living with the locals. In general, every person you meet can help you to become a "better" person, to reconsider your way of thinking, in the end to find yourself. I like my studies of economics a lot, too...and in general I like to discuss about whats going on in the world. Also I have many other interests...but about those you will find out by meeting me in real life:-)
