I'm a Lithuanian, currently studying in the Netherlands. Not sure what my future plans hold for me but I have a hunch that it will be related to the environment, technology, problem-solving, people and product design. I'm enthusiastic about pretty much anything, I'm active and willing to listen and share stories about travel and other.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here because I love meeting people and hearing their stories. I believe that if we shared more personal stories to one another, there would be a lot more compassion in the world. I guess we're working on it :) I also like learning new things - that's something that really excites me, especially when it comes from people who have first hand experiences in travel or some non-traditional occupation or hobby.

Interests

I'm an active guy... I do quite a bit of sports. As I'm currently living in the Netherlands, cycling is my mode of transport. I also run a few times a week and generally work out. I'm really interested in tech and how it will shape our future hence I'm studying Creative Technology at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. I also try to keep a balanced life between science and art.. The two things that I couldn't live without are my cameras and my books. These things just bring a calm to me when the shit hits the fan. Like I said, couldn't live without them. I also try to travel quite a bit, as sitting in one place drives me crazy, I usually go abroad roughly once a month to see another city or something similar.

"Amazing" is relative... For me it would be... Swimming in a underwater cave, cycling across countries with a friend.
