I am currently travelling with my friend Ignas in the Azore islands. For us, travelling is about meeting people and creating memorable experiences together. If you would consider hosting us, we can promise a fun and cosy time as well as intelectually stimulating conversations.

A bit about myself:

One of my passions is active sports. I jumped from a plane with a parachute a week ago, my most intenese experience yet. When I'm not jumping out of planes, you might find me scuba diving, climbing walls, kitesurfing, snowboarding, playing tennis or jogging.

I love purposeful discussions and attempt to have such "discussions" with book authors too. From the non-fiction section, I read books about philosophy, economics, politics, history, psychology, or science more broadly. You might also find me reading some fiction pieces too (the most recent of which is To Kill a Mockingbird).

Back at home in Lithuania, I work at the intersection of academia and business. I'm helping the European Commission to allocate EU funding for AI; teaching statistics and data subjects to students at a university; and developing natural language processing models. I am also doing a PhD in Machine Learning at Cambridge University.

I love listening and asking questions. I love sharing my own stories and experiences, too (Ignas and I accumulated quite a few of those while travelling the world).
