About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to live a fulfilling, adventurous lifestyle full of amazing encounters of new people, creatures, places and things.

ABOUT ME

I am always looking for something more, something better, something new and something different. My roommate and I moved from Hamilton, Ontario to Montreal in January 2011 to add to and absorb the amazing energy that this city oozes. Canada is freakin' awesome, and Montreal is the best city in this country.

I love listening to other people speak about what they know. I acknowledge that I know very little and love being able to evolve with the help of every person I meet.

About me... music, sports, delicious food round out my top 3. I've been playing the guitar since 2007. I'm okay, getting better. Playing songs in open tunings is so fun. Always open to jam and learn to play what you're playing. Jeff Tweedy, Eddie Vedder, Thom Yorke, Bill Callahan, Neil Young, Dave Matthews, Will Oldham... you're all pretty dope, you and the bands you play with.

Hockey...love hockey. I'm a Habs fan, like every other logical Canadian. Volleyball, squash, golf, frolf, tennis, soccer, basketball, ultimate frisbee (super fun), yoga, cycling.. if it can make me sweat it can probably make me smile. Staying active, realistically, keeps me happy.

Eating well (deliciously and healthily) are amazing. I could eat all day long. I'm all about raw foods, organic foods and superfoods. Duff too, find me a microbrewery. I will drink your beer. The saying 'you are what you eat' is so much more true than most people give it credit for. Treat yourself right. It makes such a huge difference.

I love exploring. Meeting people who are nothing like me fascinates me. Remember when you were young and thought everybody shared your ideals? What a rude awakening that was. I want to understand everything that I can about everything I don't understand.

Music, Movies, and Books

The Dude, David Brent, Clay Morrow, Abed, Solomon Gursky, Charlie Runkle, George Costanza... you are some of the greatest characters that I've observed. There are many more but this is what I came up with today.

Have you seen R. Kelly's 'Trapped In The Closet'? One cannot count how many emotions one feels during and after having sat through this. R. Fucking Kelly - wow.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was at the 2010 Vancouer Olympics - amazing! I didn't know the city could get much better until the entire world came.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to show and teach people about the things I can do. If I know something that you don't, let me show you. Or try to. Same goes for learning, teach me what you know. Expand my mind please.
