Brazilian living abroad in Toulouse (France) for one year (July/2015 -> July/2016) to study civil engineering.
Before coming to Europe, I really didn't know about the "power" of couchsurfing, it isn't so usual like here to travel using this platform at south-america.
Then I started to test and almost all of my experiences were with brazilians that travel around (I hosted them) and it was terrific; but we usually use a facebook group to organize those couchs.
Futhermore, as I really enjoyed this change of experience/conversation, I will use often this app to have more international experiences.
Until now, I just hosted, hope one day I'll use Couchsurfing to travel by myself also :)
