ABOUT ME

I write the songs that make the whole world sing.

Well, kinda. I'm a creative type, bringing the muse to corporate America in my day job, while I read, go out, share life, and compose music in the evenings. I'll grab a coffee or a burrito with you and we can talk until the sun rises, or we can go cycling through the beautiful Philadelphia countryside and get in touch with nature. We can go to a kick-ass show and feel the energy of the crowd, or you can hang and do your own thing. It's all good-all of us humans are.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm convinced that the world we all share is one of the most amazing things, EVER! I want to be a part of making it a better place for everyone, and presently I'm trying to figure out how to do that. While I'm doing that, I'm having an amazing time with friends, family, and coworkers.

I've travelled quite a bit across the US, Canada, and Eastern Europe and been hosted in all of those stituations! I've also hosted people outside of CS, and I love the opportunity to hear someone else's story.

I've done significant higher ed in music, so I've listened to everything, from Gregorian Chant, to punk rock, to Weird Al Yankovic, and beyond.

I LOVE film, and a viewing party is one of my favorite parties to throw. Recently I saw Dallas Buyers Club and loved it! Some all-time favorites are Clue, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, The Shawshank Redemption, Best in Show, the Back to the Future Trilogy, and Who Framed Roger Rabbit?

I've travelled nearly all of the US and Canada, so I'd love to offer recommendations of good destinations.

I know a ton about beer, wine, and coffee. I would love to help you find good bottles and brew a latte for you myself.

I'm a pretty good singer-jazz, opera, theatre, and rock. I've played keys in many bands and accompanied classical singers, so maybe we can connect over Philly's music scene.

I love to cook, and I don't suck at it.

If you know something about yoga, I'd love to learn from you. I know a few things, but I want to experience more and make yoga a big part of my lifestyle.
